Established in 1976 Tekel Instruments S.r.l. starts its business with the design and the production of inductive proximity switches in the field of industrial automation and of measuring devices.

Progressively Tekel adds to the series of switches also a wide range of electronic instrumentation, electronic cards for the automation and, among the first companies in Italy, realizes the incremental encoders and afterwards the single turn and multi turn absolute encoders which are available in many different executions.

Tekel is engaged is engaged in the design and the in the design and the realization realization of:
Industrial automation: optical sensors, inductive sensors, capacitive sensors and supersonic sensors.
Devices for the automotive field (electric fan motor control units, power control/check devices).
Fiber-optic and wireless systems for the signals transmission (which are used for instance in laboratory for the electromagnetic compatibility tests).
Custom systems for realization of specific operations (PLC for threephase systems control), systems for business organization (attendances electronic control systems).
